Masonic leadership is stronger together. It means working in unity and harmony for the good of the lodge and each other. That’s why we’ve brought all lodge leaders together at new retreats structured around how to make the leadership roles at our lodges easier and more meaningful all at the same time.
The 2025 Leadership Retreats are a jam-packed weekend full of brotherly love and fraternal spirit. With tracks for each lodge leader you will come away from this year’s retreat with a plan, great ideas, and a lot of new friends and masonic colleagues.
What You'll Learn
General sessions start the weekend by unveiling a new lodge officer framework and new ways to work together as a team, along with inspiring keynotes and Masonic education. Then, concurrent learning tracks will help you dive deep into your own role, with plenty of time to ask questions, connect with other officers, and plan for your time as a Masonic leader.
