LodgeCraft

For many members, the stated meeting is Masonry. It’s where they reconnect with friends and discover something new. When meetings are meaningful, members are more engaged, participation grows, and lodges become stronger places for learning, fellowship, and service.

LodgeCraft is a new tool that helps lodges deliver a meaningful experience each and every month.

Developed by members and staff of the Grand Lodge of California, and tested by officers throughout the state, LodgeCraft helps lodge leaders prepare, conduct, and document more engaging stated meetings. More than a software program, LodgeCraft reflects a broader goal: bringing greater purpose and engagement in the stated meeting.

Rather than start from scratch each month, masters and secretaries answer a few simple questions that generate a customized agenda, meeting script, and minutes—all in one place. The result is a meeting that’s clear, well paced, and easier to lead—and more meaningful for attendees.

LodgeCraft creates:

• Meeting agendas customized to your lodge and calendar

• Complete minutes based on the agenda and script
• Officer roster with contact information in one convenient location

LodgeCraft includes:

• Required business based on the California Masonic Code
• iMember integration that pulls lodge-specific information on candidates and degrees
• Monthly Masonic education and philanthropy content

LodgeCraft is designed to enrich the stated meeting. Beyond the business of the lodge, each meeting includes time for members to explore a topic in Freemasonry together, along with a brief look at one of the many ways the fraternity serves members, families, and communities. By weaving education and awareness into every meeting, LodgeCraft helps ensure everyone leaves with a deeper connection to the craft and its purpose.

LodgeCraft is now available through iMember for lodge officers.

Because it’s integrated with each lodge’s account, meeting information and key lodge records are automatically populated, making preparation simpler from the start. As more California lodges put it to work, their experience and feedback will continue to refine a tool designed with one goal in mind: making every stated meeting worthy of the members who attend it.
