A Good Read: Inside the Masonic Homes

The Masonic Homes of California receives national press in the March/April issue of Inside Healthcare magazine.

Inside Healthcare reaches more than 30,000 readers, including top-level executives in the healthcare industry.

The Masonic Homes of California, established in 1898, provides a program of quality living, premier health care, and progressive services for Masons and their wives or widows at residential campuses in Union City and Covina. The Homes also offers outreach services to Masons, their families, and widows in home communities throughout the state.

The Inside Healthcare article shares history of the Homes and its vision of care in an interview with Melvin Matsumoto, executive vice president.

The article also highlights the Homes' mission to evolve to meet the needs of members and communities today. The Homes recently expanded its member outreach services, known as Masonic Assistance, and plans to open a new center for children, teens, and their families later this year.
